How do I Take my Remedy?

Homeopathic remedies are usually prescribed in liquid or pellet form. You will most likely be taking your remedy one time per day. For either the liquid drops or dry pellets, place the remedy in your mouth and allow it to dissolve.

For better absorption, homeopathic medicines should be taken in a mouth free of strong flavors or anything that may coat the mouth.  I recommend taking the medicine 15 minutes before or after eating, drinking or brushing your teeth.
